both EXPERIENCE and EXPERTISE. The alternative is guessing,

How do you make your
selections? Our screening process
is based on 6 experience and success factors that eliminate over 80%
of all agents. If a customer has a specific request relating to
their agent, we then further narrow the field. We then contact
prospective agents to see who will be most eager and best suited to
serve you.
We want to emphasize that we are not obligated to recommend any
person or company. In fact we can use any company that meets our
criteria and we feel will best serve your interests.
Will my listing commission be higher if I
use the service? No! Please

Work. All commissions are
entirely negotiable. There are no set rates. And there is definitely
not a standard commission plus extra because you are a
GreatRealEstateAgents customer. Negotiate your best deal just like
you normally would, then receive outstanding service from your
GreatAgent.
Do you serve . .
.(my town)?
GreatRealEstateAgents.com serves 100% of the United States and many
international locations. Only the most remote areas with very few
agents limit our coverage in the U.S.
I already have an
agent, can you research her (or
him)? No. If you have
an agent we will not jeopardize that relationship. The premise of
our business is locating GreatAgents. If you have already found one,
by all means keep them and continue to use them.
How do you make
money? Two ways: (1) We charge customers a $39 research
fee. Once the parameters are entered into the computer,
it usually takes between 4 hours and 3 days to conduct a search
and do interviews. (2) Real estate is like any other
sales business. Top performers have no difficulty solving customer
problems and providing superb service. Their greatest challenge is
finding new people to help. In essence, we are a marketing arm for
GreatAgents. Agents and brokers pay us a finder’s fee if they are
able to help one of our customers. Customers do not pay this
fee.
Is this like a doctor’s network, were they
pay to join and only those doctors are recommended?
No. Real estate agents don’t pay to join our organization. We
have no ties to any particular company or agent. We are free to find
you a GreatAgent from any company.
