How We Do

GreatRealEstateAgents.com has developed a scientific system that
screens the GreatAgents from those who just have a license. Our
system utilizes 6 experience factors that sort the best agents from
the rest. Our selection process is not infallible. Sometimes
customer personalities do not match agent personalities. However,
historically less than 5% of customers ask for a new agent.
The following list shows our minimum standards for GreatAgents.
In most cases, selected agents greatly exceed these minimum
criteria. We can not waive these minimum standards, unless
specifically directed to do so by our customer. (In some cases,
clients know a potential candidate in their area before they contact
us.)

Program We don’t abandon you after we
introduce you to your GreatAgent. We monitor your satisfaction with
your real estate expert as you progress toward your goals. You may
request a new agent at anytime. At the conclusion of your
transaction, you can rate your agent’s performance.
